• Final Sale Items: Due to their personalized, intricate, or hygienic nature, the following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless defective:

  • All Sale or Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

4. Ordering and Payment Terms

Placing an Order:

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email, which is our acceptance of your offer and the formation of a contract.

Pricing & Payment:

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
• Payment is processed securely at the time of order. Your card will be charged the total amount upon order confirmation.

Shipping:

• Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare and inspect your order.
• Shipping Methods:
  1. Standard Shipping (US $12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  2. Free Shipping: Available on orders over US $50, via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination and customs processing.
• We ship globally, excluding some remote areas in Asia.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within the window. An RMA number is required. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return and expedite a replacement or full refund.
