Due to their personalized, intricate, or hygienic nature, the following items from our collections are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Bridal Lehenga Choli & Wedding Guest Lehenga Choli: Often custom-ordered with intricate detailing for your special day.
- Sherwanis & Jodhpuri Suits: Frequently customized and feature detailed embroidery for weddings.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Any product marked “Final Sale.”
- Intimate Apparel or Altered Items: Any garment that has been tailored, monogrammed, or is of a personal nature.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and item details (e.g., Embroidered Silk Saree, Men’s Kurta Pajama Set).
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship without an RMA.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your invoice. Ship to the address provided in your RMA instructions using a trackable and insured service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refunds & Exchanges Details
Refunds: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Subject to availability (e.g., for a different size/color in an Anarkali Suit or Palazzo Suit). We will inform you promptly. If the new item’s value differs, a price adjustment will be made. The new item will be shipped with Standard or Free shipping once the return is approved.
