Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order. Each Anarkali Suit, Kurta Set, or Lehenga is inspected and packaged with the utmost care before dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two trusted options to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping (US $12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Your order typically arrives within 10-15 business days after dispatch. This is our recommended option for faster, tracked delivery.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over US $50, via EMS. Delivery is typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch. A perfect choice for planned celebrations.

You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on destination and customs processing.

While we strive for perfection, if an item doesn’t meet your expectations, our return process is as graceful as the drape of a Saree.

Key Policy Overview

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: Initiate via email → Receive RMA → Ship back → Get refund/exchange.
• Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and item details (e.g., Embroidered Silk Saree, Men’s Kurta Pajama Set).
2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship without an RMA.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your invoice. Ship to the address provided in your RMA instructions using a trackable and insured service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
4. Inspection and Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refunds & Exchanges Details

Refunds: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Subject to availability (e.g., for a different size/color in an Anarkali Suit or Palazzo Suit). We will inform you promptly. If the new item’s value differs, a price adjustment will be made. The new item will be shipped with Standard or Free shipping once the return is approved.

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your joy is our priority. If you receive a flawed Party Wear Saree, an incorrect Chaniya Choli, or any damaged item, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
