1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging (including garment bags, boxes, and authenticity cards) must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Note: For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items from our collections are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Bridal Lehenga Choli & Wedding Guest Lehenga Choli: Due to the intricate, often custom-ordered nature of these celebratory outfits.
- Sherwanis & Jodhpuri Suits: Given their detailed embroidery and frequent customization for weddings.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Any product marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance event.
- Intimate Apparel or Altered Items: Any garment that has been tailored, monogrammed, or is of a personal nature.
2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
We have streamlined our process to be as graceful as the drape of a Saree or the fit of a Kurta Set:
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please do not ship any item back without an RMA number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and enclose a copy of your invoice or order confirmation. Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). - Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email about the status of your return.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds:
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have approved it. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
- The original shipping charges (Standard or Free) are non-refundable. If you received a defective/wrong item, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will promptly inform you if your desired size/color in the Anarkali Suit, Palazzo Suit, or other style is available.
- If the exchange item is of a different value, a price adjustment (refund or additional charge) will be processed.
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the returned item is received and approved. Standard or Free shipping options apply to the new shipment.

Your joy in receiving a perfect outfit is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., a Party Wear Saree with a flaw or a Chaniya Choli that is not what you ordered), please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
